DUBOCE AVE MULTI-UNIT

This is an on-the-boards project in a large building positioned along the tracks of the N Judah in an intersection of neighborhoods. It will add 3 new units of housing to the market, increasing from 2 to 5. We’re attempting to breathe life into the static façade of this bulky edifice formerly used as a church meeting hall, a print press, and other religious services in its lifetime.
